Grass Fed Beef!

WARNING: Not for Vegetarian eyes!
My brother, Jacob, has started raising his own grass fed beef to sell.
We, the family, are tasting it first.
I decided to make meatballs with it this time and I look forward to making a roast soon.

I made quite the healthy meal:
grass fed beef, quinoa meatballs atop a bed of quinoa spaghetti.
All I needed was sauce made with tomatoes from my garden, but my huge tomato plants don't have any tomatoes on them. :(

Corriente Grass Fed Beef
Why Corriente?
Corriente cattle are a breed of cattle descended from Spanish animals brought to the Americas in the late 15th century.
The meat from Corriente is significantly leaner than the meat from most modern beef cattle.
While most beef cattle are injected with steroids, hormones, or antibiotics before you buy it at the store,
our stock are subjected to none of this unnatural enhancement.
We take your purchase to the processor for you, help you with filling out the cutting instructions,
and if you're unable to pick up your beef we will even deliver it to you for a small fee.
Cost:
$4.00 per pound for a whole beef.
$4.50 per pound for a side.
$6.00 per pound for individual packages
Price includes processing fees.
A whole beef is typically 225 pounds depending on the animal.
A side is half.
