Silly September Extras

Most every day this month Rhett has requested to wear his sunglasses.  When he is done he takes them off, neatly folds them up then hands them to me. It makes me feel like his personal assistant.

Kellyn has worn this crow headband nearly every day this month. On red shirt day at preschool she wore this headband to dress it up a bit. 

Here they are another day with sunglasses and crown headband. 

We have movie night on Friday nights. We got Cars on this night, but it was only available on DVD and would not play on our Blueray player in the living room so they had to watch it in our bedroom. Rhett picked up his little chair and got ready so Kellyn followed with her Tinker Bell chair.

Rhett had his first friend over this month. Ethan is just 3 months younger than Rhett. His mom is my bootcamp instructor and party planner. She has offered to help me with Kellyn's Alice in Wonderland party!

Kellyn has started staying up late to "read" books using her book light. 

She has also gone back to listening to books on CD during rest time. LOVE IT!

Rhett put his sunglasses up on his head just like Mommy :)  I just thought that was silly.

Kellyn always picks out her own clothes and outfits. Usually it is something crazy that doesn't match, but thoroughly expresses her personality and style. Lately she has been getting better. On this day she chose a cute floral dress and this adorable pink flower headband I gave her a few weeks ago. She looks so sweet. My family thinks she is going to be a fashion designer :)
