I know it sounds weird, I've created a new smoothie that fits my busy lifestyle. I found myself with a coffee mug and a smoothie glass in the sink to clean. I wanted to consolidate the 2 into one so as to have less dishes. :)
Here is my recipe and it's pretty good. Even Max liked it and he was very skeptical. He asks me to make one everyday for him now!
1 scoop of whey protein powder
1 cup of coffee
a splash of milk
honey (to taste)
2 handfuls of ice
small handful of spinach
1/2 an avocado
Blend all together.
It doesn't even turn green!
