Texas Version of a Sleigh Ride

The kids and I met some of my friends Gina and Jennifer and their kids out at my mom's house on Wednesday, December 22 for a playdate and to ride in the new miniature horse cart. Mom had her friend, Pam Spillman, train Ginger to pull the cart. She put jingle bells on the harse and it was like a real Texas sleigh ride in the "snow."

Rhett sprung for the horse drawn carriage ride around town for his lady friend.



I think this picture looks like a post card. That is Charlotte in my mom's lap. I think it is sweet how Kellyn is hugging Rhett close to make sure he doesn't fall off.
