We had not been to Max's parent's house in a few months because they have been renovating their bathroom and it was too much of a mess for little kids to be around. But they are done now so we got to see it and play in their very landscaped backyard. The kids love, love, love their coy fish. I love that Rhett wanted to wear his cap and sunglasses. He is the cutest little dude.
Rhett tested out the new bathroom sink. Very fancy.
Kellyn said she was going on an adventure down the jungle path. She made me join in with her after I snapped this picture so we walked all over the backyard searching for "the treasure." Then my diva had to rest under her umbrella. She said she brought it "so the sun won't make me too hot."
Kellyn found a roly poly!!
Then Max's friend, Cooper, brought his daughter, Haley, over to play too.
And the baby brother covered himself with rocks.
They were super dirty so we gave them a bath in the new bathroom (notice the detailed tile work) before we went home. They got to experience a jetted tub for the first time. Kellyn kept saying it was tickeling her feet. They loved all the bubbles it made.
A nice, clean end to a busy, dirty day.
