Maddie's Ladybug Party

Such perfect timing for us as we had just released our ladybugs and were in full ladybug mode. 

Cecilie went all out for her daughter's big day. Just look at these adorable appetizers she made.

Yes, Cecilie tossed out  toy bugs in the grass and all the kids hunted them like Easter eggs.
 It was so fun.

After the kids stormed the candy falling from the pinata it was time to release live ladybugs at the end of the party! I mean it was just like surprise after surprise. 

Rhett headed home with his live ladybugs in tow.
We released them in our garden the next morning.
