Pumpkin, Farm, and Football = FALL!

Friday, October 5 was crazy busy! But so much fun.

* 5:45 a.m. - Bootcamp at Josey Ranch on the other side of Carrollton.
* 8:30 - drop Kellyn off at school in Lewisville. Then we hung out at my dad's vet clinic in Flower
Mound for a little while.
* 9:30 - Met Rhett's playgroup at the Flower Mound Pumpkin Patch.
* 11:30 - left pumpkin patch and drove to meet my mom for lunch at Red Robin.

*1:00 Drove back to Lewisville to pick up Kellyn. Waited for a few parents to follow me out to my parent's house.
* 1:30 Kellyn's class play date in Bartonville.
My parents have a new baby calf their neighbor gave them because the momma cow wouldn't let it nurse (veterinaries are always given unwanted animals). They thought the kids might like seeing him before he gets too big.

C.J. was eyeing the snacks bars.

Josiah found a frog!

 * 4:30 Arrived back home in Carrollton
* 6:00 Arrived at Lakeland Christian Academy's Homecoming game back at Josey Ranch on the other side of Carrollton.

Everyone was told to wear a red shirt. Rhett went in his room and put on his full Spiderman costume. It actually worked out good because the cold front blew in near the end of the game and he was the warmest one. At the game he kept acting like he was spinning a web around everyone, but they all loved it! An older kid even asked if he could have his picture taken with Spiderman and he did!

This game brought back so many memories of my childhood. The kids all playing along the sidelines until the half time show when they all froze in awe to watch the drill team. They are such a small school they don't even have cheerleaders. And they have a 6 man football team! Max and my dad loved it! Although my dad kept saying that the crowd needed to take lessons from him and Bill Harvey. :)  He reminded me of how they were being so loud with a blow horn that the coaches asked them to settle down.

After the game we went to Braum's in Carrollton and got back home at 8:30. Needless to say it was long day.
