We went to see the huge Christmas play at Prestonwood Baptist Church with Max's parents for the 3rd time this year.
I surprised Kellyn with a new matching dress for her and her faux American Girl Doll. Santa gave her this one for Christmas last year. It's the Target knock off. She asked for the really thing this year, but we've decided to wait another year for such an expensive gift. Actually, I worry she won't fully grasp just how expensive this doll is and will just toss it around and treat it like all her other dolls. So we've told her that she can save her money and we would match whatever she saves up by her 7th birthday. So if she saves $100 over the next 9 months then will give her $100 towards the purchase of her American Girl Doll and matching clothes. I just feel like doing it this way will help her appreciate it more. Fingers crossed. :)
Santa!
Camels!
Rhett went to my parents house during the 2 1/2 hour performance. My dad brought him home then Kellyn dressed him up like Elizabeth so she could be Mary. :)
