Class Christmas Parties and Bass Pro Santa

Rhett and I made Snow Slim as gifts for his class and Kellyn's along with a ornaments for his and pop rocks for hers.

The process was so fun. I just hope the recipients' parents don't hate me. :)

I found these tiny ornaments at Hobby Lobby and let the kids fill them with glitter and Christmas theme confetti then I wrote their name and Merry Christmas on it. Kellyn made 2 and was over it. Rhett made all 11 of his and loved it.

Over the course of 1 week Rhett was able to write From Rhett on 11 bags.

Kellyn chose to write Merry Christmas From Kellyn and made her 13 class gift bags very festive.

The preschool Happy Birthday Jesus party was at 12:00.

When the party was over I took Rhett to Maw-maw's house because no siblings are allowed at either party then came back to the same school for Kellyn's Happy Birthday Jesus at 2:00. I was the party coordinator for this one so I had to be there.

One of the fun games we played at her party that I totally forgot to take a picture of was each kid gets a turn to unwrap a present nested inside another present and so on until the last person opened the smallest gift to find a small candy cane. Then that person gets to pass out candy canes to everyone. It was fun, but a lot of work to wrap all those boxes.

Immediately following Kellyn's party we picked up and my mom and headed to Bass Pro to get our annual free pic with Santa and play in Santa's workshop. My mom and I took turns waiting in line for Santa. It was a 1 hour wait, but I've heard of worse. Besides it makes it go by fast when the kids don't wait in line with you and can play the whole time. It definitely takes 2 adults to do this.

No one wanted to sit on Santa's lap this year (unlike last year), but they are still cute. I love how Rhett always cuts his eyes to the side in all pictures now. It makes him look like he is up to something. ;)

Max got their right in time for the picture then we finished up our Christmas shopping and headed to dinner at Fudrucker's like we do every year. This tree is in their lobby.
Sweet sibling love.

I was exhausted with swollen feet by the end of day. At 8 months pregnant I have got to slow down some way some how. But it was a fun day and all worth it.
