My dad is from El Paso and every few years we make the journey up there to see my Gran. This time we went so she could meet Bo.

Gran wanted to tour the first house in El Paso. This family basically settled here and created El Paso.
Gran loves to play cards and dominos and just like she taught me when I was a kid she taught my kids how to play Mexican Train.
Dad had his birthday while we were there and wanted to celebrate with an ice cream cake. It was so rock solid it took Max and Jacob with a machete to cut it. :)

Oh the mountains outside of Gran's house are breath taking. I pray we them again soon, but mostly I pray I get to see Gran again soon.
