St. Patrick's Day! Priscilla is 6 Months Old!

Taking a 2 year old picture is difficult to say the least. :)

I love bluebonnets! They are a Texas phenomenon and getting your picture in the bluebonnets is a Texas tradition. And we have a full patch of them right next to our new house! So I loaded up the red wagon and walked around the corner with the kids. Bluebonnets typically bloom the first or second week of April, but they came a whole month early this year in March! So by St. Patrick's Day they were in full bloom, unbelievable! Of course I just had to document the early bluebonnets on St. Patrick's Day instead of East this year. But that was easier said than done. Our precious Bo bear is a hugger. He wants to hug everyone which is so sweet unless you are trying to take his picture. Here are a series of hilarious pictures that occurred as I attempted to get 1 good pic of my 4 kids.

First, he wanted to hug Priscilla then lay down with her.

Next, he moved on to hugging Rhett.

And then got tired and need to rest.

He just feels drawn to hug Kellyn. Sweet boy loves his big sister.

Moving on to just getting individual pics.

So the real reason I wanted to get pictures on this day. Priscilla turned 6 months old on March 17, St. Patrick's Day. I just think it is so special that the bluebonnets are blooming on her 6 month birthday and wanted to document it. 

And then the money shot!! I love this pic of her so much. 

Today 2 Texas beauties met each other. Priscilla is 6 months old ‪#‎lucky6‬ and growing like a weed! (a bluebonnet weed) smile emoticon

My mom thinks it's funny that #4 is the one giving me a run for my money. I did so well getting the first 3 to sleep through the night by 12 weeks and take a pacifier, but this one isn't following suit. That's why God made babies so cute, right. She sleeps through the night about ever 2 nights and she just loves that thumb. But hates the carseat. She squeals with delight and laughs with joy so loud when people talk to her! She is definitely our loudest baby. And she kicks like a bucking bronco! And she likes to be worn or held most of the day while she is awake and I happily oblige. We love our tiny princess to pieces and can't believe she is already a 1/2 a year old.

Then she tried to eat them. :)

I got pretty close to getting all 4 of them looking on this one. 

As we were packing up the wagon Kellyn was holding her baby sister so just picked the camera back up and snap this shot real fast. I love it. Sometimes those impromptu shots are the best. 

We may not have Shamrocks in Texas, but we do have bluebonnets!
