Last Day of School!

We celebrated Rhett's 7th birthday at school on May 24 because his birthday falls during the summer. He did not want cupcakes, but rather donuts instead. Sadly I am detoxing off of sugar and am feeling major temptation. They are so pretty and look so yummy. Rhett is one happy kindergartener ready to celebrate his summer birthday at school today! He wanted donuts instead of cupcakes so I messaged Sarah's Donuts and they had these fun ones ready to go when we got there!

To my pregnant self at the start of the school year:
Dear self, do not sign up to host any parties or volunteer to make the class photo books! You are about to have the toughest year of your life with a baby that won't sleep and an active toddler on top of 2 school aged kids with home projects. Do not try to be super mom. It ain't worth it this year, girl. People will or at least should give you a pass during baby's first year. Just calm down and try to catch some sleep when you get both babies napping at the same time instead of working on class yearbooks and planning parties. That's dumb and unnecessary. Let someone else pick up the slack. They don't mind. They are kind and will understand.
Sincerely, over exhausted end of school year self

So I signed up to coordinate the end of the school year party for Rhett's Kindergarten class since I did Kellyn's Valentine's Day Party. It was actually very fun and we had a great time playing games and crafting.

Praying before lunch.
I made these cute beach them cupcakes for Rhett's class.
Rhett showing me the lego creation he made in class. He is sad it will be destroyed when he leaves so he asked me to take a picture of it.
And thats a wrap on 3rd and Kinder! My babies are growing up. Here we come 4th and 1st! That sounds crazy!
And now it's time to swim!
