Easter Egg hunts

Egg hunt #1 - Annual Playgroup Easter Egg Hunt
at Ceder Elm Park (our park)
Kellyn has been in this playgroup since she was 1 year old. Over the years we have welcomed new friends and siblings making our group larger and even more fun.

We said Go and sweet baby Rhett was left all alone in their dust.

Preschool Easter Party
hosted by Cheri Nankas and myself

The craft was to peel and stick the correct color jelly bean on the cross as I read what that color symbolized. The party favors were an Easter cup with the book "The Story of Peter Rabbit, a shovel or rake, stickers to decorate your own bunny, and jelly beans - one for each color we discussed on our cross craft.

Cheri made the super cute sugar cookies for the kids.

We had to hunt indoors because it was raining outside. It hadn't rained all month until today.

The kids have been practicing name recognition so they had to find eggs with their name on them. This made the hunt last a little longer.
Please keep in mind that when this picture was taken I had just rushed over from swim lessons with Rhett so I my hair was pulled back and a little wet.
