Friday = Messy Day, but no ice this year!

Kellyn's dance class was cancelled today due to some construction so we used this opportunity to create Valentine's Day art all morning. We played and painted outside off and on in between the rain showers. On this day last year we were locked inside due to ice and snow. Not this year. It was hot, humid, muggy and 75 degrees. This is the craziest year ever! February is usually the coldest month of the year, but then again we don't usually have 100 plus degrees the 2nd week of June, but we did.

Kellyn made this one for her little brother.

Rhett thought he was going to be in trouble for putting his heart on the chair and painting there.

We got cleaned up and dressed and went to Heaven Sent Baby Boutique to get a cute gift for baby Levi. We got him a cute little football hat and matching football socks since he will be home in time for the Super Bowl on Sunday. Then we met my mom for lunch at Chic-fil-a then on to the hospital. We met baby Levi today!! He is so cute and tiny. Rhett kept asking when Levi was going to come to his house.

Kellyn has been working hard over the last few weeks to earn money to buy this this Princess Baby Bassinet. Combined with the some Christmas money and the money she earned doing chores she had a enough to be able to ordered it a few days ago and it arrived at our door step today. When we came home our visit at the hospital the kids took turns putting their babies in it. Rhett took it in his room. He loved playing with it as much as she did. He put his baseball baby.

After nap time we went back outside to make Valentine's Day handprints for the grandparents. It didn't go quite as planned. I maybe got 4 good ones.

They did voluntary footprints.

They ended up painting themselves. :)

Needless to say they were in the bath before dinner.

It was a pretty laid back day, but somehow I'm still worn out.

I found these 2 videos on my phone. She had to have filmed them today. I think my daughter is going to be a preacher. :)
