This week we have had a lot of outside time!! Thank God! He owed us after all those ice days at the beginning of February. Way to end the month on a good note, God! First, we began the week on Monday, President's Day, with a play date at Jennifer W.'s house with my high school friends. We all went to Liberty Christian together. We aren't just high school friends, but elementary friends. I started Liberty in the 3rd grade and graduated with all these ladies. I love getting together with them. And now we have made it a monthly thing! We all have the same morals, values, and Christian upbringing. We automatically know where each other stands on the issues because we are all the same. Whenever I need prayer for anything I contact them. They are my prayer warriors. Sarah H. and Angie are not in this picture, but are part of this group I am talking about. It's just a good feeling of home and comfort when I'm with them and I hope my children get as much out of our get togethers as I do. I know they are raising their kids in a Christian home just as we are. We could not see or talk to each other for a year and just pick up like we saw each other yesterday. It's a bond I can't explain that we will always, always have no matter what. Kristin's dad is copying her old videos onto DVD and we are going to have a girl's night and watch some of them. I'm not sure how I feel about that just yet since I made so bad hair and wardrobe choices. :)
