First off, Bo turned 10 months old on December 1.
2nd, I thought it would be fun to watch the Flower Mound parade of lights because Kellyn's dance studio had a candy themed float in the parade. However, it was far colder than expected. The kids were freezing, tired, and cranky. Expect Bo of course because I could wear him in the Ergo and keep him warm and cozy. We left the second the parade was over not staying for any fun games or rides and skipping the food trucks entirely.
We had a mermaid by our Christmas tree and an elf on stilts in Weatherford. :)
Rhett and Bo enjoyed playing in the leaves together.
One night we drove out to The Colony to watch this fire station's synchronized light show to music.
Rhett cracked up in the back of the minivan and Bo's face is priceless watching from daddy's lap.
I could not love this sweet picture of my 3 babies more.
We made our annual trip to Bass Pro to get our free pic with Santa. That place it good about having plenty for the kids to do while you wait your turn.
Bo's 1st time meeting Santa.
Classic.
Although, click here for an oldie, but a goodie. :)
During our time off from school we made Gingerbread Men and Ladies using the recipe on the back of the Gingerbread Man book. Kellyn read the story while Rhett wore his Angry Birds hat. :)
We also made special gifts for the grandparents.
It was lovely weather for running around and playing outside.
Max and I went to an ugly sweater party at the Patterson's house. The kids created our sweaters.
The kids and Miss Lily and I met Max at one of the Assisted Living Facilities he works at to brighten the day of some of his patients.
We drove through the City of Farmers Branch light show.
We spent Christmas Eve at my parents house open presents!
Christmas Eve!
Matching pajamas!
The kids decided to leave carrots out for the reindeer and cookies for Santa. :)
Christmas morning!
Santa brought them a karaoke microphone!
Santa brought Bo some baby toys for his 1st Christmas.
What a great Christmas! Such a blessing to have 3 happy, healthy, crazy kids.
